When creating an application, the client agrees to the rules of the exchange office, which inсlude checking funds for AML, if the funds interacted with such platforms as:

-Illegal Service
-Mixing Service
-Darknet Marketplace
-Scam
-Fraudulent Exchange
-Stolen Coins
-Ransom
and others
1. If a detailed analysis reveals high-risk parameters from the following: Darkmarket 0.1%, Dark Service 0.1%, Scam 0.1%, Stolen Coins 0.1%, Mixer 0.1%, Exchange Fraudulent 0.1%, Illegal Service 0.1%, Ransom 0.1%, Terrorism Financing 0.1%, Gambling 0.1%, Enforcement Action 0.1%, Sanctions 0.1% – the exchange office administration has the right to request identity verification (KYC) for a refund.
2. AML analyzer, on the basis of which the Risk Score is formed – Bestchange,Rapira AML, BitOk AML.
3. To complete KYC, the client must provide a video of themselves holding their passport in the background of the application (with legible data: passport series and number, full name). They must also demonstrate the wallet/account from which the transaction was sent (with legible data: date and time, amount, transaction hash, and recipient address) without interruption. The exchange service’s security service may verify this information up to 24 hours after the video is provided.
4. The refund fee may be up to 5% of the exchange amount, but no more than the equivalent of 100 USD. For clients who have successfully passed KYC, or if there is no evidence that the funds are linked to money laundering, the refund fee is limited to the network fee.
5. The exchange service has the right to request additional information to complete KYC.
6. If KYC is successfully completed, funds will be refunded to the sender’s address within 24 hours. Refunds to the client’s other address will be processed within 10 business days.
7. If the client’s funds are sent and the exchange service’s exchange accounts are blocked due to risk control, the exchange service reserves the right to issue a refund once the client’s assets are unblocked in the exchange service’s exchange account.
